New York Taiko Aiko Kai, a NYC based performance group and school sharing in the art, culture and musical foundation based on Japanese Taiko drums for the enrichment and appreciation of youth and adults benefiting from mastering its spiritual roots and essence.
Simple food diet to melt the fat include:
1. Seeds and Nuts such as almonds, pistachios, flax seeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and nut butters such as almond and peanut butters are mineral loaded and burn fat while satisfying your snack cravings.
2. Dark chocolate with 8x the antioxidants than strawberries. They also contain theobromine and caffeine that help burn fat. 78% or higher dark chocolate content is best.

2012 does not necessarily represent the end of the world, although it does indicate change and the end of a 5,125 year cycle, in which there have been five cycles so far.
Five generations have experienced a shift of world ages, we are now entering into the sixth. This is also a time in which there will be predictable events that are possible based on the previous five cycles.
The host for the Festival is the YMCA. Their mission is to provide positive values through programs that build mind, body and spirit, welcoming all people, while focusing on youth. Your participation supports their mission because we donate about 90% of the lodging and meal costs back to the YMCA.
